Chia semen contain 22% proteins, more than cereal and the majority of nuts is very swellable because of their soluble fibre. As it is very neutral in its taste chia can be perfectly mixed with fruit shakes, yoghurt, juices, soups, salads, muesli and desserts or as well with flour to bake bred, biscuits, pizza, meals with flour and cakes.Chia is gluten-free.
