Order

We accept your order via our onlineshop. Please create a customer account. If you have no other option, we also accept telephone or written orders.

Note for retailers from abroad: For all retailers outside Germany, we need a VAT identification number to issue a tax-free invoice.

We can change your order as long as it is not yet ready for shipment. After that no change is possible. Please contact us as soon as possible by telephone (+49 (0) 30 46 79 65 60) or by mail stating the order number and/or your customer number.
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order by phone or mail.


Payment

Here you will find an overview of the payment methods.

All orders with the payment method direct debit will be processed immediately. Please do not send us a message in the order field. This means that we have to process your order manually, which delays processing.

Some of our products have a delivery time of 1-2 weeks. Even if they are in stock. This is due to our local processes.
Since we avoid the import of our goods by air freight, occasionally there is a longer waiting time for products. In addition, there may be delays in the country from which we source goods. Often this is not in our hands. We therefore ask you to be patient and understanding.


Complaints and return

We ask firstonce to understand the circumstances. Please inform us by mail or telephone (+49 (0) 30 46 79 65 60) stating your order number. We will send you a return label by mail. After the arrival of the goods in our warehouse, we will ship your replacement.

In some cases (if a replacement is not possible), we will credit the sum to you. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

Pleace click on "login" in the upper right corner and fill out the form fields under "I am a new customer". By creating a customer account you are able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.

Please renew your password here. Please enter the e-mail address for your account in our shop. To confirm, enter the displayed security code. Then click on "next" and we will send you an e-mail with a confirmation link!
