Elixirs
Our elixirs are traditional herbal drinks that are fermented according to classic recipes. In the production of the herbs are usually cooked hot, some are cold prepared. Natural self-fermentation produces up to 11.5% alcohol by volume, depending on the variety. The herbs used come from our Indian and Sri Lankan fair trade projects.
